At Dixxon Flannel, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
